For the third batch, the first higher gravity beer, I opted to get an Oxynator kit to start pushing pure O2 into the wort right before pitching yeast and capping for fermentation. I’ve used it once, and after a few minutes trying to screw on the disposable oxygen and then another few minutes sanitizing, this was ready for use.
